Beach Park: Your Own Private Island
Due to the impact of Hurricane Helene, the Beach Park is temporarily closed.
With its wide swath of sugar-white sand, our 34-acre beach park in the Gulf of Mexico is the crown jewel of Pelican Landing's amenities. No other Southwest Florida community offers anything like it. How will you spend your day on the island? Swimming? Shelling? Bird watching? Fishing? Building sand castles? As an owner, the choice is yours, 364 days a year.
Getting to the beach is half the fun.
Beach access is provided by a shuttle boat that zips across Estero Bay in 12 minutes. Beachgoers enjoy the ride nearly as much as they enjoy the island itself. Dolphins sometimes frolic in the boat's wake, and you may see manatees, so keep your camera handy.
